1. Eligibility and Store Terms

You must be at least 13 to use the Services. If you are under the legal age of majority, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has permitted your use where required. Apple App Store or Google Play terms also apply to downloads and purchases made through that store.

2. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Services for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, disrupt or reverse engineer the Services except where law expressly permits it.
• Bypass security, subscriptions, limits or access controls; scrape the Services; introduce malicious code; or misuse another person’s account or data.
• Use the Services to break the law, harm others, promote nicotine products, or claim that No Vape provides medical treatment.

3. Accounts and Security

The App may begin with a device-based guest identifier and anonymous account. Some features let you add email/password or link Apple or Google sign-in. You are responsible for accurate information, your device and credentials, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Wellness Information; Not Medical Care

No Vape is a self-help and habit-tracking tool. It is not a healthcare provider, medical device, emergency service or substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Progress, savings, nicotine and health estimates are informational and may not match your circumstances. Consult a qualified professional about medical concerns and contact local emergency services in an emergency.

5. AI Coach and Vape Scan

AI-generated Coach and scan results can be incomplete, incorrect or inappropriate. Verify important information and do not rely on them for medical, safety or emergency decisions. You are responsible for what you submit and must not upload unlawful content or another person’s confidential information or image without permission.

6. Community Rules

Community content is visible to other users. Do not post harassment, threats, hate, sexual or exploitative content, spam, unlawful material, medical misinformation, nicotine promotion, personal data belonging to others, or content that infringes rights. We may review reports and hide, remove or preserve content, limit features or suspend accounts to protect users, comply with law and enforce these Terms. We do not guarantee that every post is accurate or reviewed.

7. Purchases, Trials and Subscriptions

Optional purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. The price, billing period and any trial are shown before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your store-account settings before the store deadline. Deleting the App or your No Vape account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the applicable store’s rules and mandatory law.

8. Privacy and Device Permissions

The Privacy Policy explains data handling by the Services and providers. Camera and notification features require device permission, which you can deny or revoke. Some functionality may not work without the necessary permission, network access or provider availability.

9. Ownership and Your Content

We and our licensors own the Services, brand, software, designs and supplied content. You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, moderate and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve and protect the Services. This license ends when content is deleted, except for de-identified or soft-deleted community material, backups, legal records and copies others made while it was public.

10. Account Deletion and Termination

You can request deletion through the Delete account page or novapteam@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, legal requirements or discontinuation of a Service. Sections that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law—remain effective.

11. Availability and Changes to the Services

Features may change, be unavailable or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent preservation of local data, a particular AI response, community outcome or result in quitting vaping. Back up information that is important to you where the Service allows it.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, or decisions based on content or AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Argentina may hear disputes, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use the courts or law of your place of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

14. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms. We will post a new effective date and give additional notice when required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
