Our editorial method
Start with a real question
We choose a specific reader problem and compare existing search results to understand the intent. Search visibility is not evidence of competitor traffic. We do not publish invented search volumes, traffic estimates or ranking promises.
Read sources before writing
We prioritize public-health agencies and original research. We distinguish evidence about vaping from evidence about smoking. Sources are linked in each article; the date is a content update, not a claim of medical review.
Explain the practical application
AI assists drafting and checking. Our examples, scripts and worksheets are original editorial exercises built around a concrete situation. They are suggestions to adapt, not personal experiences, clinical trials or proven treatments. We do not invent writers or health professionals.
Keep health advice within its limits
These guides focus on habits, preparation, support and maintenance. Diagnosis, medication selection, dosing and individualized treatment require a qualified professional. Content requiring clinical review is held out of publication until that review is obtained. An app does not replace that care.
Make the commercial relationship clear
No Vape publishes these guides and offers an app. Product links are marked as next steps, with a non-app option when useful. We do not claim that the app has proven medical effectiveness, guarantees quitting or includes every feature for free.
Check, correct and update
Before release we check sources, wording, links, duplicate intent and page behavior. To report a factual error or broken link, contact us and include the guide URL, the passage and a supporting source. A correction changes the update date when it materially changes the article.
